About the MusiQuest Jr. Instructor
Janet Harney, founder of MusiQuest Jr., received her degree in Music Education from James Madison University. Her experience includes teaching music in public schools, teaching band and recorder at Williamsburg Christian Academy, and directing church youth choirs and children's choirs.
Janet performed in various shows at Busch Gardens over the past 20 years, first as a vocalist, then as an instrumentalist. She currently teaches private clarinet and saxophone lessons and plays professionally in the area.
