MusiQuest Jr is a unique program developed by Janet Harney to provide quality music instruction for children from age 3 through third grade. MusiQuest Jr students will learn music concepts through singing, playing instruments, movement, and listening. The students will also learn basic music theory. Each class meets weekly throughout the school year, which is divided into two semesters. The fall semester begins in mid-September and runs through mid-December. The spring semester begins in mid-January and runs through mid-May. The child’s age (during the current school year) will determine which level he/she should attend.
MusiQuest Jr is unique in its use of original children's songs which include musical terminology. Children will enjoy singing songs while easily learning musical terms.

A portion of the proceeds from MusiQuest Jr is donated to the children's ministries of New Town United Methodist Church.
