MusiQuest Jr - Children's Music Classes

Parents of new students should attend one of the following orientations:
- Saturday September 7th 11:00 AM - 12:00 Noon
- Saturday September 14th 11:00 AM - 12:00 Noon.
MusiQuest Jr is a unique music program developed by Janet Harney to provide quality music instruction for children from age 3 through third grade. MusiQuest Jr students will learn music concepts through singing, playing instruments, movement, and listening. The students will also learn basic music theory. Each class meets weekly throughout the school year, which is divided into two semesters. The fall semester begins in mid-September and runs through mid-December. The spring semester begins in mid-January and runs through mid-May. The child’s age (during the current school year) will determine which level he/she should attend.
MusiQuest Jr is unique in its use of original children's songs which include musical terminology. Children will enjoy singing songs while easily learning musical terms.

Approximately 30 classes per school year!
Classes include singing, playing instruments and movement.
A portion of the proceeds from MusiQuest Jr is donated to the children's ministries of New Town United Methodist Church.
MusiQuest Jr classes are held at the New Town United Methodist Church on Monticello Avenue in Williamsburg, VA. We welcome families to join us from Williamsburg, Toano, Norge, Charles City, New Kent, Newport News, Yorktown, Hampton, Gloucester and Smithfield and all areas of the Tidewater region.
